Ho incontrato, ieri mattina, i rappresentanti delegati dei municipi II, III, IX e XVII per affrontare il problema della ridefinizione della sosta a tariffazione. Tenendo in considerazione la divisione del territorio metropolitano in quattro aree, come previsto dal ‘Piano generale del traffico urbano’ (PGTU, approvato con delibera C.C. n 84 del 28 giugno 1999), abbiamo ascoltato per primi i municipi più vicini al centro storico. Nei prossimi giorni sarà avviata la consultazione con i rappresentanti istituzionali delle altre zone della capitale. A seguire il tavolo di confronto sarà aperto anche alle rappresentanze dei consumatori e delle categorie interessate per arrivare a chiudere i lavori della rimodulazione della sosta e della mobilità nei tempi previsti. Ho apprezzato l’atteggiamento di collaborazione espresso dai delegati e la loro volontà di dare corso ad una reale partecipazione su un tema così delicato. Dal confronto sono già emersi i primi spunti tecnici ed alcuni suggerimenti che ci consentiranno di lavorare più speditamente per raggiungere in tempi rapidi un maggiore equilibrio nel rapporto tra la sosta tariffata e no.
